Why apples?

My apple obsession took flight after I came to Duke. Ever since I discovered the envy apple variety, I’ve been hooked. Something about the crunchy, dense texture, delicate sweetness, and deep red hue have drawn me to them again and again. I love apples, enough to make my personal website themed around them!
